Shrimp Tacos

These shrimp tacos are an easy dinner to make for the family. They also taste very good.

Shrimp tacos with cabbage slaw, creamy sauce, and lime wedges on flour tortillas.

Ingredients

Shrimp

  • 20 Medium shrimp

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Corn or flour tortillas

Cilantro Lime Slaw

  • 2 Cups shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup red onion died

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • 1 jalapeno

  • 1 teaspoon oil

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • salt and pepper to taste

Creamy Sriracha Sauce

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine all shrimp ingredients and mix well. Make sure all the shrimp are covered with the seasonings

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add shrimp into the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, or till shrimp is fully cooked.

  3. Once cooked remove from heat and set aside.

  4. In large bowl combine all the cilantro lime slaw and mix till fully combined.

  5. In a small bowl make Sriracha sauce.

  6. Heat tortillas and added shrimp and assemble tacos.

  7. Serve and enjoy
