Creamy Tuscan Chicken

This chicken is very easy to make. It only takes one pan. It is good and a good dinner for the family

Instructions

  1. Start by mincing and cutting the onion

  2. In a large frying pan, add oil and cook on medium-high heat. Cook the chicken skin side down for about 5-6 minutes or until browned. Do the same thing for the other side

  3. Once chicken is brown, remove from pan and set aside.

  4. Add the onion and garlic, cook until transparent or tender.

  5. Add the tomatoes and spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted.

  6. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper and stir.

  7. Bring the cream up to a slow boil, then add the parmesan cheese and parsley. and stiff until thick.

  8. Add the chicken back to the sauce and cover it with sauce. Continue to cook until chicken is cooked through.

  9. Serve and enjoy.

  • 4 Chicken thighs

  • salt to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • oil

  • 2 tablespoons garlic

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 bundle parsley
