Chicken Parmesan
This chicken parmesan was the first meal that I ever made for my boyfriend and he loved it. It is easy to make and great for family dinners. It is even better when you make it with angel hair pasta.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 cup Italian panko bread crumbs for coating (more may be needed)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cups parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons flour for coating (more may be needed)
1/2 oil for frying
1 jar tomato sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Start by cutting the 4 chicken breasts into flat to make 8 thin slices
On two separates add flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper to one. On the other plate add the bread crumbs and half the parmesan cheese.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
Dip the chicken into the flour and fully coat each breast. Then dip the chicken into the egg fully coating it. Then dip the chicken into the bread crumbs making sure the chicken is fully coated in the bread crumbs.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat a large frying pan with the 1/2 cup of oil
After all the chicken is fully coated add it to the hot pan with the oil.
Fry the chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown.
In an oven-safe pan (glass works the best) add half the tomato sauce to the bottom of the pan and then add the chicken on top of the sauce.
Add the other half of the sauce to the top of the chicken, spread evenly.
After the chicken is coated in the sauce add the mozzarella, and the rest of the parmesan to the tops of each chicken breast.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
After the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted serve and enjoy.

Boil water for pasta.
Add pasta to boiling water and cook till your preference.
