Cheesy Potato Casserole

This is the best cheesy potatoes ever. They are really good when served with ham. My mom used to make these potatoes for my sister and I all the time and they are our favorites.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb bag of frozen hash browns

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 pt. (2 cups) sour cream

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix all the ingredients together and spread in a lightly buttered 9x13-inch Pyrex dish.

  3. Bake at 350, covered with foil, for 45 minutes.

  4. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more or slightly longer if the potatoes are fully frozen when you put the dish in the oven.

  5. Once it is done baking serve and enjoy.
